Attorney Nina DeFlora

Nina received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1988 and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1991. Nina is admitted to the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. Nina is a past secretary of the Osceola Bar Association and a member of the Osceola and Orange County Bar Associations. Nina has been an active member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce and member of Kissimmee-Osceola County Chamber of Commerce for the past eight years and served as Vice Chair of Legal Affairs on the Board of Directors and as a board member for the Downtown Kissimmee Area Council.  
 
After, having represented clients in the area of family law, she became an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. Nina represented indigent clients in traffic cases, misdemeanor cases and felony cases. In 2001, she co-founded D’Lugo & DeFlora, P.A. and expanded the practice to the areas of traffic law, criminal law and all areas of family law. Nina also practices civil litigation.
